Exploring Utah
Exploring Utah is an interactive exhibition designed to help audiences of all ages think about and respond to the artwork on display. In addition, in this exhibition visitors will be able to make their own artwork to add to the exhibition.
This is the second installation of the Exploring exhibition series, the works on display in Exploring Utah are taken from the Museum's collection. These aretworks were carefully selected to show and teach audiences about the different regions in Utah. These regions include: The Mountainous Region, The Early Settlements, The Red Rock Region, and The Desert Region. Viewers of the show will learn interesting facts about Utah as well as understand and see how these different regions contribute to Utah's landscape.
The interactive portion of the exhibition includes a community 3D landscape project, an Art Buffet where visitors can make original works of art, and a space where people can document and record memories of their favorite places in Utah.
